Welcome back! PGSO founding conductor Imant Raminsh returns to Prince George as the composer of our season opener. Then PGSO’s own principal cellist Flora Camuzet performs Lalo’s magnificent late-Romantic cello concerto. The spectacular program culminates in another masterpiece, the composer’s own favourite composition, Borodin’s lush second symphony.
